Rates: In-Season Rates (Dec-Apr) $5,800 per month plus tax and fees. In-Season rates include all utilities including WIFI. Additional charges will be departure cleaning fee ($350), Booking fee ($100.00) , Sales and Resort Taxes (12%) and Travel Insurance (if requested and purchased at the time of booking). Off-Season Rates (May-November) $3,000 per month plus tax and fees. This unit is also available long term from May-December 2022. There are no taxes for leases longer than six months. Tenant pays electricity with off Season Rates. Rates are subject to change without notice and reservations are not guaranteed until initial deposit is received. PLEASE NOTE: Prices shown are based on 4 person occupancy. Additional persons staying in the unit for a period of longer than 7 days may be considered additional occupants and subject to additional rental fees being charged and/or application and approval process if the community is governed by association rules and regulations.
